Davis , Oklahoma

The day looked good for tornado’s , but I was stuck at work . Watched the weather as well as I could . Around noon it looked like it could break at anytime . But had to stay at work , around 2:30 I gave in and left work for an area south of Davis . After driving 4 mile’s south of town I pulled over and talked to Scott Blar . Wanted to get a better look of the updraft , so I headed west for Hwy 77 . Bad idea . Hit the 1.5” hail core , could not find cover so I headed up to Hwy 7 to bring it in to Sulphur . Ended chase in Sulphur , so I could check on my family . After returning to work the next day , I found out that the job site took it hard from the core . Odd enough my truck did better than the car’s left parked on the job. Sadly this was the only run of May 08.
